What's the deal with shipping?

We charge a flat fee of $10 USD to ship within the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order BEFORE shipping. 

Can I return?

We're sorry but that is a no go. We are a SAMPLE SALE website. Therefore, we operate like one. All items on our website are final sale. 

Can I exchange?

Unfortunately, no. You get what you get and don't get upset!

What if my item comes damaged?

We do make exceptions for these *rare* scenarios. We try to quality check everything before we ship. However, some things do get by the best of us. We would be happy to 1:1 exchange (when possible) or refund your order back to the original form of payment. 

How can I get my tracking number?

You may contact us for tracking updates. We are working on automating this for the future. Please be patient, we promise your order is on it's way!
