Can I return?
We're sorry but that is a no go. We are a SAMPLE SALE website. Therefore, we operate like one. All items on our website are final sale.
Can I exchange?
Unfortunately, no. You get what you get and don't get upset!
All items purchased are final sale; no exchanges, returns, or refunds.
What if my item comes damaged?
We do make exceptions for these *rare* scenarios. We try to quality check everything before we ship. However, some things do get by the best of us. We would be happy to 1:1 exchange (when possible) or refund your order back to the original form of payment.
Please email with an image of the item and your order number within 5 days after the item was delivered. Anything beyond 5 days can no longer be accommodated.
Items are sent to the SAMPLE SALE for various reasons; overstock, slight imperfections, discolorations or a return from a department store. This is the reason why you're getting this huge amount of discounts.
Miami Sample can only accommodate issues regarding major damages. Unfortunately, due to the lifecycle of these items we cannot address minor damages.
I received an incorrect item, what do I do?
Email us with the order number and image of the items you received. We will coordinate with the brand to replace or refund the item after reviewing your order.
