RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All issues must be reported and returned to us within 48 hours of receiving the item to be considered for a replacement.

Can I return?

We're sorry but that is a no go. We are a SAMPLE SALE website. Therefore, we operate like one. All items on our website are final sale. 

 

Can I exchange (size, color, style)?

Unfortunately, no. You get what you get and don't get upset!

We’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for fit-related concerns.

Fit shots or model photos typically offer a clearer visual reference, but even then, fit may differ from person to person.

All items purchased are final sale; no exchanges, returns, or refunds.

 

The listing does not have any images and the item I got does not fit. Can I return?

We’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for fit-related concerns.

We understand that this can make sizing decisions more difficult. However, the correct size ordered was shipped, and you have to take the risk in purchasing an item without any visual references. As such, we’re unable to assume responsibility if the fit does not meet personal expectations, even when the item matches the selected size.

 

What if my item comes damaged or with missing parts?

Please note that sample sale items may have minor imperfections since these typically include excess stock, discontinued products, or samples that may not meet full retail standards. Slight flaws such as stitching issues, minor discoloration, small marks, or missing parts can sometimes be expected, which is why they are offered at significant discounts. Still, all items are functional and wearable.

We do make exceptions for rare cases involving major damages. While we carefully inspect items before shipping, some issues may occasionally be missed. If you received an item with a major defect, please email us with a photo of the item and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We can then arrange a 1:1 exchange (when possible) or a refund to your original form of payment. Requests beyond 48 hours can no longer be accommodated.

Please note that all sample sale purchases are final, and we cannot address minor imperfections due to the nature of these items.

I received an incorrect item, what do I do?   

Email us with the order number and image of the items you received together with the Product Barcodes which can be found on both the hanging tags and the outer packaging. We will coordinate with the brand to replace or refund the item after reviewing your order.

The incorrect item  must still be returned, Miami Sample or the brand (depending on who shipped the order) can provide the return label so you wont be charged with the return shipping.
