ORDER CHANGES POLICY
Can I cancel my order?
You must contact us within 24 hours to cancel. After this time, all orders are final sale.
If we went past the 4 week shipping period and you still don't have your order, only then we can cancel and refund your payment.
Note: Cancelling an order after 24 hours will block you from ordering to our website if it's still within the 4 week shipping period.
Can I edit my order?
Add items
We can still make changes to an order if you're adding items to the existing one, once we add the items you want, we will send you an invoice and it should be paid within 4 hours. After 4 hours and it's not paid, we will remove it from the order.
Remove items
We're sorry but we are unable to remove items from an order once it has been placed. Please email customerservice@miamisample.com to cancel the initial order and you can place a new order with the correct selection.
NOTE: This cancellation must be requested on the same day your initial order was placed.
Can I update my shipping address?
Changing shipping address varies, if the order will be shipped directly from the brand, we only allow the change within 24 hours after placing the order but it's usually us who ships.
Please contact us to see if the shipping address can still be changed.
