Cancellation policy

You must contact us  within 24 hours to cancel. After this time, all orders are final sale.

If your order has not been delivered after the 4-week shipping period, we will be able to process a cancellation and issue a refund at that time.

Note: Cancelling an order after the initial 24 hours will result in a suspension of ordering privileges from our website if it's still within the 4 week shipping period.
