What's the deal with shipping?

We charge a flat fee of $10 USD to ship within the United States if orders were shipped from our warehouse. Sometimes, orders ship directly from the brands' warehouse and we don't have control over the shipping rates they have.

When will I receive my order?

 Each sale is different in terms of shipping time. Since we are a third party, we wait on brands (both domestic and international) to send us their inventory. We cannot guarantee any specific shipping time- our range is typically around 2 weeks. But all sales can range anywhere from 1-4 weeks to receive your order. 

After your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

How can I get my tracking number?

You may contact us for tracking updates. We are working on automating this for the future. Please be patient, we promise your order is on its way!


My order was incomplete when I received it, what should I do?

Please verify that this missing item was intended to be included in the parcel, in some cases orders will partially ship, while the remaining is fulfilled. 

If this item was listed on your shipment, email us with your order number and the name of the item you did not receive. If the item is available, we will coordinate with the brand to replace it for you. If the item is sold out, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the item.


My tracking shows delivered but I did not receive it.

Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Miami Sample is no longer responsible for stolen or missing mail. From the time that the order left our warehouse or the brand’s warehouse, it’s already out of our control.  Please contact USPS (your local post office)  or UPS or FedEx, depending on the tracking information, with questions regarding shipment tracking. 


Can I pay extra for Expedited shipping?    

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Can I update my shipping address?

You must contact us within 24 hours to update your order.

Do I have to pay shipping on both orders if I make two+ separate purchases?    

Sometimes the brand directly fulfills the orders from their warehouse and sometimes it’s done by our warehouse. The brand's warehouses cannot combine orders. Each order is fulfilled and shipped separately - shipping costs will apply unless specified ahead of the sale.

I only have a PO Box, can you still ship to me?    

We’re sorry but we cannot ship to a PO Box.
